As a Sales Support Specialist , you'll be the go-to expert for our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of financing programs and driving value at every step. You'll: Provide prompt, accurate, and consistent support that meets or exceeds quality metrics. Shepherd transactions through each stage of the sales process-from credit decisions to agreement creation and data gathering. Proactively identify and resolve issues , ensuring smooth transactions and long-term customer satisfaction. Educate customers on the leasing process and execute tailored solutions that add value. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor , consulting on services and capabilities that benefit the customer. Partner with sales teams to propose strategic recommendations and support customer programs throughout the agreement lifecycle. Serve as a technical expert in rate calculations and system processes. Facilitate onboarding and training for customers, helping their businesses grow efficiently. Act as an extension of our customer's organization , delivering solutions with professionalism and care.
