Job description We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across 4flow software's optaire product teams. This is a senior, cross‑cutting role with both operational and strategic responsibilities, focused on coaching managers, leaders, and development teams in Agile mindset, frameworks, and practices. Based in Bangalore, you will be the senior coaching presence in India, collaborating closely with peers in Berlin and Budapest as part of our global Agile & Organization team. You will moderate development and product discovery, improve process and product quality, and build trust with senior stakeholders while shaping how the organization works. This role is hands‑on with teams yet strategic in influence, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, pragmatic coaching, and raising organizational capability beyond rituals. What your new challenge will look like Coaching teams to adopt Agile principles, moderating development and product discovery, and facilitating workshops that drive alignment and improvement. Guiding managers and leaders in Agile mindset and practices, supporting effective decision‑making, and building consensus across perspectives. Driving cross‑functional collaboration, removing communication barriers, and fostering trust between teams and stakeholders across geographies. Measuring and improving process and product quality, creating visibility into risks and progress, and involving stakeholders in feedback loops. Contributing to the global Agile coaching community, sharing knowledge, and continuously evolving your coaching practice with fresh insights. Proven ability to coach managers and leaders, not just teams, with strong stakeholder management up to C‑level. Systems thinker with pragmatic judgment, focused on outcomes and raising organizational capability. Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and ownership, while constructively challenging assumptions. Fluent in English (C1+), effective in multicultural, remote environments. Motivated by impact, continuous improvement, and alignment with 4flow's values.
