Job Description 1.Strategy and Policy Setting Define recovery strategies and policies for Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) in alignment with corporate objectives. Provide strategic direction to the Recovery function to maximize collection and recovery outcomes. 2.Recovery Operations Management Oversee end-to-end recovery operations including debt collection, restructuring, and legal recovery processes. Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with SLAs, and effectiveness of recovery strategies. 3.People and Vendor Management Manage and develop internal recovery teams as well as external partners such as collection agencies and legal firms. Establish performance standards, governance frameworks, and talent development plans. 4.Performance and Data Analytics Analyze portfolio performance, recovery rates, roll rates, and trends to improve recovery strategies. Set, monitor, and report KPIs to senior management and executive committees. 5.Compliance and Risk Governance Ensure all recovery activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, and Legal functions. 6.Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Credit, Finance, Risk, Legal, and IT teams to enhance recovery processes and systems. Support development of systems, tools, and dashboards for recovery monitoring.
