Purchasing & Shipping Executive (Import / Export)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing, shipping, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in FMCG/trading and international shipment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documents and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems

osition : Purchasing & Shipping Executive (Import / Export) Location : West - Gul Link (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle) Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Industrial Supplies & Wholesale Trade Main Responsibilities: Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier follow-up. Source and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and service providers. Coordinate local and overseas shipments via air, sea and courier. Prepare and check shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and permits. Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery. Handle import/export documentation and customs requirements. Work closely with inventory, warehouse, sales, customer service and accounts teams. Update ERP records and maintain proper purchasing/shipping documents. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues. Support stock reconciliation, invoice checking and process improvement.
