The Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's or master's in chemistry, Food Science, or Analytical Chemistry. (If you have a PhD or research experience in Environmental or Tox sciences, we'd love to hear about it).
Hands-on Mastery: At least 4+ years of experience working directly with GC and GCMS (SQ/TQ/QTOF). Familiarity with Agilent platforms and software is a massive plus.
The "Consultant" Mindset: You aren't just a scientist; you're a problem-solver who enjoys supporting a sales environment and putting the customer's needs first.
Communication Skills: Full fluency in French and English is essential. You should be as comfortable presenting to a boardroom as you are tweaking a method in the lab.
