Support in optimal assembly line operation, specific validation procedures as hot testing, fluid fills, road test, reworks and final adjustment on heavy machine equipment, malfunction root cause identification, quick problem solving on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues on assembly line.
Work with remote engineering equipment's to continuous improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic assembly systems, guaranteeing the optimal quality and operability of heavy machine equipment's.
-Assembly line equipment's optimal maintenance and validations, quarter/yearly equipment re calibrations.
-Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
Collaborating with all functional areas, (marketing, purchasing, manufacturing) to provide a design solution that meets the requirements of the customer and dealer network.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors in mechatronics, electrical mechanical, industrial maintenance or metal mechanics degree in engineering.
Experience in low voltage installations, production line automation, heavy machine equipment assembly, commissioning and maintenance, issue detection, troubleshooting and root cause detection. Hydraulic and electrical systems integration.
Knowledge in electrical part troubleshooting, automation equipment, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatics systems, manual / electrical tool use, electrical measuring instruments, understanding of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic diagrams. AutoCAD / SolidWorks Intermediate.
Intermediate English proficiency required.
