QA or Sr.QA with 3 to 5 years of Exp Knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing 1. Manual Part: TC creation Bug logging over the tool (for ex: Jira / Azure / Bugzilla / Redmine etc.) Traceability matrix Regression (executed Regression Suites) Bug Lifecycle Priority & Severity understanding of Bugs & TC's. 2. Tools and Tech: Language: Java / JavaScript / Python Frameworks: Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured Build/CI: Maven/ Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps Tracking/Docs: Jira / Confluence Performance: JMeter Reporting: TestNG/JUnit/Jest 3. Must Have: 3-5 years in Software QA with mid-level of automation experience. Hands-on with at least one automation tool: Selenium / Playwright (TypeScript/Java/JS/Python). Strong in OOP, test design patterns (Page Object, Screenplay, fixtures), and data-driven testing. Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, Super Test) and mocking/stubbing. Hands on experience in JMeter Working knowledge of CI/CD and version control (Git). Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect lifecycle (Jira/Azure Boards). Clear communication skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams. 4. Good-to-Have: Experience with BDD (Cucumber/Spec Flow/Behave). Medical/Healthcare domain.
