Responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate substation inspectors, generator technicians, and contractors in delivering inspections, maintenance, and repairs safely, on time, and within budget, while ensuring compliance with company standards and performance targets.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation in financial, technical, and business contexts.
- Proven ability to manage programmes of work within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and quality.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of statutory regulations, including the Electricity Supply, Quality and Continuity Regulations (ESQCR).
- Good understanding of relevant company policies and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, aligned to delivering gold-standard service.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, while developing, coaching, and mentoring others where required.
- Minimum Criteria
- Educated to HND level (or demonstratable equivalent experience).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a relevant operational or technical environment.
