About the role

The Associate Director, Visual Storytelling & Content Systems is a highly skilled contributor responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual content and building scalable systems that improve how content is created and used across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Experience , this role operates at the intersection of content creation and content infrastructure-producing high-impact materials while developing templates and maintaining a digital asset management (DAM) system that enables teams to work more efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable working from ambiguity, and can quickly turn discussions into structured, high-quality outputs. This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-person engagement. Applicants must live within a reasonable commutable distance to a Year Up United location.
