Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
• Willing and able to work normal shift schedule and occasional overtime including Friday and weekend shifts if needed.
• High school graduate or GED
• Physical Requirements:
• Willing and able to perform tasks which include lifting up to 40 lbs , bending, twisting, turning, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, performing strong pinch and grip, push-pulling up to 100 lbs , and standing/walking up to 10 hours per day.
• Willing and able to sit or stand for majority of shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.
• Production at t he Battle Ground, WA location operates on a 4/10 work schedule Monday - Thursday, with occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays or weekends as needed.
• Shift 1 operates from 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Shift 2 operates from 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
• Base Pay Range:
• $19.54 - $20.72

Assembly Operator In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product following standard work on an assembly line. Perform checks , inspections , and escalate issues to ensure good quality . Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment. Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced , and team-oriented environment . Train and become competent and achieve line rate at all assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor. Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
