  • Shift 1 operates from 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Shift 2 operates from 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
  • Base Pay Range:
  • $19.54 - $20.72

Assembly Operator In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product following standard work on an assembly line. Perform checks , inspections , and escalate issues to ensure good quality . Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment. Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced , and team-oriented environment . Train and become competent and achieve line rate at all assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor. Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
