Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support account management activities , including order processing and transaction coordination.
Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency.
Verify and validate data , resolving discrepancies proactively.
Provide product and technical support for transactions and service requests.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual and service standards.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues per service agreements.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Assist and guide junior staff when required.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business , Logistics, Data Management, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant operational or data processing experience.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy under pressure.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work extended hours when required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
