Job Description: The Bureau of Budget Administration within the Division of Finance is seeking to hire an Accountant II to perform duties as an assistant director. Position Summary: The assistant Director will oversee the budget portfolio for the Center for Health Equity and Community Wellness. Duties will include but not be limited to: Supervising budget analysts in monitoring the PS and OTPS CTL/State and grant budget and calculating for analysis, evaluation, and projection; Overseeing the application, implementation, modification, and closing out process of grants for assigned divisions; Serving as DOHMH's liaison between programs and federal, state, and private funding source; Assisting in the preparation, review, and implementation of financial plans; Assisting in ad hoc analyses and inquiries to requests from senior management and/ or outside entities, including City Hall, City Council and Office of Management and Budget.
