We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing social team and help bring Yepoda's brand strategy to life. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our social media team, driving Yepoda's TikTok forward and leading our presence in the US. Your tasks Own the end-to-end management of Yepoda's TikTok, including channel direction, planning, and execution, with a clear focus on growing our presence in the USA. Define and own the TikTok content calendar, ensuring a consistent, high-quality output aligned with brand direction and performance goals. Drive the creative direction of the channel, translating strategy into engaging, relevant, TikTok-first content built for discovery, reach, and growth. Be highly hands-on: confidently shoot, direct, and edit content, while reacting quickly to trends and proactively turning them into Yepoda-fit concepts. Work closely with the content and influencer teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring strong execution and maximizing impact in the US market. Ensure Yepoda's tone of voice and visual identity remain consistent while continuously pushing creative boundaries. Take ownership of channel performance, tracking results and using tools like Dash Social to identify insights, test approaches, and continuously optimize output. Maintain clear and organized workflows in Notion to ensure visibility and structure across planning and execution. Your profile 4+ years of experience managing social media, with proven success growing and scaling TikTok accounts and creating high-performing content. Deep understanding of the USA market and TikTok culture, with a strong sense of what resonates locally. A TikTok-native mindset with strong creative instincts; able to spot opportunities, take risks, and create content that stands out. Strong ownership mindset, with confidence in leading a channel, making decisions, and driving direction. Highly confident in filming, directing, editing, and appearing in content to bring ideas to life. Strong skills across tools like CapCut, Canva, and Dash Social (or similar platforms). Solid understanding of performance and analytics, with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements. Collaborative and proactive mindset, working effectively across teams to move projects forward. Impeccable English skills, both written and spoken. Bonus: a passion for all things K-Beauty.
