Partner with the Head of Culture & Inclusion to shape global culture and inclusion strategy.
Drive innovative ideas and insights that advance organizational culture and belonging.
Translate enterprise and HR priorities into actionable culture and inclusion initiatives to drive business results.
Collaborate with the Culture & Inclusion team, other HR colleagues and Business Leaders to proactively address culture & inclusion issues and mitigate risks.
Lead the design and execution of global culture and inclusion initiatives from concept through delivery.
Develop clear roadmaps, timelines, and success measures to ensure high-quality execution.
Balance global consistency with local relevance across regions.
Establish operational cadences to support planning, governance, and delivery of culture and inclusion work.
Create templates, toolkits, and frameworks that enable consistent execution at scale.
Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple initiatives.
Develop executive-ready materials, all-employee messaging, and briefing documents in partnership with HR communications.
Plan and coordinate communications for culture and inclusion initiatives across diverse audiences.
Build strong relationships with HR partners, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders globally.
Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of culture and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in culture, inclusion, HR, organizational effectiveness, communications, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and execute with rigor.
Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across regions and time zones.
Proven success influencing in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
Excellent project management and communications planning skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a global environment.
Familiarity with culture measurement tools, engagement surveys, or change management methodologies.
Experience supporting employee-led communities or enterprise-wide initiatives.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $129,000.00-$172,500.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
