Drive sales growth in the bakery enzymes segment while supporting business development in dairy accounts
Manage and develop assigned dairy customers through structured account planning and regular follow-up
Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs
Lead and manage customer projects end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution
Identify new market opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth
Manage sales pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce.Om
Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Represent IFF at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Collaborate closely with internal teams on product development, applications, and market insights
Requirements
Degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Bakery Technology, or related field
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with bakery enzymes
Exposure to dairy applications or account management is an advantage
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
Proven project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach
Fluent in English
Valid driving license
