Berghoff Design Group is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to fill a Project Coordinator position. Experience with coordinating project management activities, resources and estimates is highly desirable. We also value projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.
Responsibilities
Project Estimating
Assist and understand project ordering
Project scheduling with team
Monitor and track project progress
Work with vendors on time delivery and performance
Liaise with clients to identify and define project change orders, budget, and scheduling
Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Office duties to perform general clerical items such as answering client phone calls and help transfer them to the appropriate office person.
Other duties as assigned.

Position Range:
$50,000 - $65,000
