About the role
We are looking for an A-Player to lead a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering Brilliant value to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Maximise conveyancing fees for our client. - Oversee your team's caseload whilst managing your own. - Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver a Brilliant client experience. - Ensure compliance with our client's risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly. - Proactively communicate with key stakeholders. - Deliver data-driven insights to our client that drive continuous improvement. - Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space. - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa - Qualified Conveyancer Minimum three (3) years' residential conveyancing experience. - Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage. - Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays. - Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
