You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. University Master Business Engineer, Civil Engineer, Applied Economics, Management 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills Strong interest in the Financial Services sector You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed Languages: Dutch and English.
