Education Requirements
Required : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred : Master's degree or advanced coursework in business, analytics, product management, AI, or technology leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, digital or technology transformation, consulting, analytics, or program leadership roles.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Digital and technology teams.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in operational deployment of technology solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive recommendations and influence outcomes.
Advanced proficiency in analytics, reporting, and visualization tools to support operational and leadership decision-making.
Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous enterprise environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior-level stakeholders.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations preferred.
