This position supports administrative functions for Building 9 (Administration).
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Track licensure of facility and LRC staff to ensure completion of facility licensure documents and primary source verification for professional licenses within specific timeframes
Scan, file, prepare and distribute documents, schedule meetings, and maintain calendars
Assist with data collection, data entry, and data security for precise and timely reporting
Support multiple meetings by taking accurate minutes and having meeting space, documents, visual presentations, and computer links prepared
Assist with ongoing accreditation needs and requirements
Develop tracking system and reports to ensure timely renewal of internal documents, policies and procedures
Assist with quality assurance and quality improvement projects as needed
Provide backup support to other Office Specialists
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
Requirements
Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF programs
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Data entry experience
