Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Analyst within the Order Fulfilment (OF) workstream, managing end-to-end processes including sales orders, project creation, delivery, invoicing, and closure;

  • Essential requirements
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), preferably in Project Management and Accounting, Service Management, Project Operations, or related modules
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or large-scale enterprise transformation programs, including solid experience with UML modeling techniques and tools
  • Experience across the full solution lifecycle: requirements analysis, functional design, testing, documentation, deployment, and support
  • Experience using SQL to analyze data, validate business rules, and support data-driven decision making
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

Requirements

  • Experience with Clarity PPM (project planning, time reporting, financial tracking) within ERP-supported delivery processes
  • Certification or proven experience with test automation tools (Leapwork preferred)
  • The minimum Base Salary for this role is € 53.503,58 with classification at level A1 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
