Finance Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

As our operations continue to grow, we are currently looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our team as Finance Assistant Manager / Manager. You will be responsible for supporting on financial management and asset and liability management related work. Main Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Be responsible for daily financial management and related operational activities and responsible for enhancing financial management processes and internal controls. Prepare and coordinate regular financial statements, management reports, and regulatory reporting materials. Responsible for asset and liability management related work, including liquidity, funding, pricing analysis and monitoring. Coordinate financial management matters related to cross-border entities. Responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, and business performance analysis. Liaise with internal departments and external parties on regulatory, audit, and other ad hoc matters. Perform other projects assigned by the department. Technical Skills & Qualifications Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking or Business Related Studies. Work Experience: at least 4 years. Hard skills: Strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills, knowledge of VBA or other programming language will be an advantage Language: Fluency in English, Chinese and French will be an advantage Soft Skills & Attributes Work independently and effectively to deadlines, drive for results, focus on quality and make decisions in a timely manner. A good team player with good planning, organizing, learning and information seeking skills. Internal/external customer focus and detail-oriented. Effective written and verbal communication skill.
