Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimal to 1 year of relevant work experience and may have limited capabilities/qualifications related to wind turbines:
- Ability to hear and use close range radios.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of basic industrial safety practices (including LOTO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems with solid computer skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or hazardous situations.
- Valid Driver's License with ability to travel (passport eligible) and willingness to complete all required technical and safety training.
- Working Conditions:
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders 80 meters in height.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 lbs. in weight.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods of time. Regular walking.
- Ability to grip and manipulate, often with repetitive motion, items such as, but not limited to, hand tools, turbine parts.
- Comfort working in enclosed spaces and at heights over 80 meters.
- Strong field of vision including visual depth perception and ability to distinguish colors.
- The work environment requires working within the wind turbine Nacelle at a height of 300 ft.
- Able to work in demanding physical and inclement weather conditions. Hot and Cold temperatures.
- Able to comply with safe work limits on equipment, including 300lb climbing weight limit (including person and gear).
- Flexible working hours may be required to support the facility and be available to support Emergency Response needs of the facility. Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.

- Ranges from $24.50 - $26.00 hourly/USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
