Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Customs Compliance control, with focus in European Union processes Practical experience with EU customs regulations and import/export procedures (tullaus). Familiarity with customs clearance procedures such as Inward Processing, Transit (Internal/External - T1, T2, TIR), Storage, etc Ability to identify risks related to international shipments and proactively resolve issues. This role requires professional-level Finnish language skills. Transportation & Freight Execution (Freight Forwarding) Experience managing domestic and international transport modes (road, air, sea). Familiarity with Incoterms and transportation planning principles. Knowledge of IATA DGR, ADR and IMDG requirements (certification considered an advantage). Inter-Site Logistics & Operational Coordination Ability to manage material movements between ICEYE sites in Espoo and other subsidiaries, supporting efficient inter-site and intercompany logistics operations. Ensure full traceability and visibility of material flows. Inbound & Outbound Operations collaboration (on-site) Support inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring accurate documentation and material flow. Collaborate closely with Stock Management, R&D and other internal business units to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure reliable material availability for production. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process standardization, reliability, cost-efficiency, and operational scalability.
