What you bring
5+ years' experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent intelligence
Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
Proven ability to build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines
Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Experience in corporate TA or executive search environments
