Partners with IS leadership in serving as a strategic business relationship manager for assigned business areas, fostering strong stakeholder engagement. Demonstrates deep understanding of cross-functional business requirements, with advanced expertise in one or more functional or technical domains. Participate in vendor selection process to ensure the products or solutions fit our business and technical architecture and meet the needs of our stakeholders. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams to design, implement and validate complex solutions ensuring alignment with our strategic direction and business needs. Communicate effectively across all levels within Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Demonstrate expert process and application knowledge through presentations within user communities, conferences and professional organizations. Production Support Provides leadership, guidance, and support to Business Systems Analysts in the resolution of highly complex business and technical issues.
