About the role

The HR Generalist ( International ) reports to the Manager, HR Business Partner. The HR Generalist provides support to multiple HR Business Partners focused on specific, global business units within the organization, while also resolving general employee inquiries, issues, or concerns and championing employee engagement. The Generalist is a foundational HR resource for their assigned region and portfolio of business units, delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This role balances regional nuance with company-wide HR standards, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike. The HR Generalist manages day-to-day HR operations, administers benefit programs, and ensures compliant, efficient HR processes from hire to separation.
