As a Digital Support Team Manager based in Ripon, you'll be responsible for: Leading and managing the Digital Support Team, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service across all digital channels Supporting and enhancing digital trading capabilities for customers, branches, and the wider business Collaborating closely with the Digital team to continuously improve and develop the overall digital customer experience Overseeing team performance through effective communication management and strong people leadership practices Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders (from branch to director level), external customers, and key suppliers And here's what we'd like you to have: Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Good people management and relationship skills Strong decision-making skills Remaining calm under pressure Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment We look forward to receiving your application. #ACMM50
