Job purpose: You will be a member of the Finance Systems & Transformation Team within the Finance Department. You will be responsible to assess, design and implement solutions to automate and transform finance processes, increase efficiency and offer easier-to-use data and reporting. Additionally, the role supports the smooth day ‑ to ‑ day operation of Finance ‑ owned applications and systems. Your main responsibilities: Support the implementation of new technologies within the Finance Department, working closely with senior team members and stakeholders. Participate in the execution of finance transformation projects including liaising with other Local and Group teams as required to ensure requirements are met. Design and build reports and dashboards to support reporting and analysis processes within the department. Analyse and document current processes and propose simplifications/automations/improvements leveraging the tools/technology available. Support day-to-day Finance activities. Desired Skills/Experience: University degree in Accounting /Finance/Business Administration or equivalent. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience. Good understanding of the Accounting and Financial Reporting cycle and processes. Good understanding of finance technology (e.g. ERP, Reporting and Visualisation). Experience with the Oracle Hyperion Platform, Oracle Peoplesoft, CXO will be considered positively. Experience with data, automation, and analytics technologies (e.g. SQL, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, RPA) and AI ‑ enabled solutions is required. Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Excel. Fluency in both Greek and English. Personal Profile: Good understanding of the insurance industry will be appreciated. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with limited supervision, flexibility and resilience.
