Through hands-on supervision and mentoring, you'll support daily operations while setting the standard for product quality, team engagement, and service excellence. Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products. Provide day-to-day team supervision and floor support by delegating tasks, coordinating breaks, receiving and storing orders, completing 2x2s, and ensuring full readiness for business. Prepare and cut meats for our service case, ensuring attractive displays and consistently high product standards. Package, stock, and rotate service counters and displays to maintain freshness, presentation, and quality. Foster a positive, inclusive team culture through hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring focused on floor operations, department standards, and readiness for business. Promote company policies and effectively communicate updated business objectives as shared by the store leadership team. Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis. What you bring to the table. We provide the opportunity, and you bring the potential. A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service. Partial completion of a post-secondary program, plus a minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). The ability to work independently while taking pride in exceptional quality, attention to detail, and strong cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in team engagement, coaching, and training. A collaborative leadership style supported by clear and effective communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, repetitive movement or tasks, frequent use of protective equipment or clothing, and work that is frequently performed in colder environments. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset. What we bring to the table.
