Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Center for Information Warfare Training Department of INFOWARTRACMD MONTEREY CA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Managing and organizing training reservations, class schedules, rosters, and quota reports utilizing various network and management systems (e.g., ATRRS, CETARS, Microsoft Access); 2) Collaborating with personnel management teams and career counselors to facilitate personnel transfers and post-training actions; 3) Coordinating with training entities to ensure test administration is conducted in compliance with relevant policies; and 4) Serving as a Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA) to manage travel logistics, track expenditures, and forecast projected travel funding.
