Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, a Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Structures) program.
Some prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication is an asset.
Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documents.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning.
Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Ability to obtain Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) if required.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as operational needs require.
Work Conditions:
This resident position based in Yellowknife, NT.
Shift timings: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, Shifts are subject to change based on the project requirements with prior notice

Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in the inspection, repair, and replacement of aircraft structural components such as fuselage, wings, flight control surfaces, and doors.
Support licensed AMEs in performing sheet metal fabrication, riveting, composite repairs, and corrosion prevention tasks.
Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and documentation required for maintenance and repair activities.
Accurately complete maintenance records, logbooks, and related paperwork as directed.
Adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures during maintenance operations.
Participate in troubleshooting, disassembly, and reassembly of aircraft structural assemblies under supervision.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company maintenance policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care of equipment and tooling.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
