Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
• Basic understanding of construction costing, contracts, and procurement processes
• Familiar with QS tools/software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts with internal approvals. Support project team on contract administration, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) submissions. Source quotations, perform cost comparisons, and assist in procurement processes. Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contract clarifications and discrepancies. Track material quantities, project costs, and verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers. Assist in preparation of final accounts for vendors and subcontractors. Support documentation for contracts and handle basic cost-related administrative tasks.
