Essential Duties:
Lead the end-to-end intake process for automation and AI projects, from opportunity identification to implementation.
Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategic automation roadmaps and align proposals with organizational goals.
Conduct detailed current-state assessments and future state recommendations, gather requirements and translate manual workflows into structured, automatable processes. Create test cases and scripts, as well as perform testing.
Identify return on investment and KPIs, including efficiency gains, error reduction, and capacity improvements.
Facilitate prioritization discussions with senior team members
Collaborate with automation architects, developers, and data scientists to shape requirements that ensure functional precision and scalability.
Oversee initiative tracking, reporting, and communication of value realization metrics to executive sponsors.
Be a subject-matter advisor on automation trends, intelligent document processing, generative AI use cases, and ethical AI considerations.
Experience defining and delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions with measurable return on investment.
Experience with automation and AI technologies, example: MS Playwright, RPA (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), workflow orchestration, intelligent document processing, and generative AI.
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influence prioritization decisions across departments.
Storytelling skills-able to distill technical details into clear, actionable business narratives.
Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models, with proficiency in backlog and intake management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Prior experience designing or operationalizing automation governance frameworks or intake portals is a added plus.
Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation programs or automation centers of excellence.
Certification in business analysis (CBAP), Agile (CSPO/PMI-ACP), or RPA platforms is a plus.
