Coordinate all phases of the e-discovery lifecycle, including: data preservation, collection, processing, review and production on Relativity.
Work closely with attorneys, legal teams, IT personnel, and external vendors to identify and collect relevant data sources.
Manage document productions and ensure compliance with court rules, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Create reports, metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.
Assist with legal hold implementation and data preservation efforts.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to data processing and review environments.
Maintain documentation of workflows, chain of custody records, and project activities.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support or legal technology.
Proficiency with Relativity.
Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Knowledge of data formats, metadata, email systems, and cloud-based data sources.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Certified Specialist is beneficial.
Baseline (or above) security clearance will be required for this project.
