Inside the Role We're looking for a collaborative, analytical, and customer-focused Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team and help support, enhance, and optimize our Workday environment, with a primary focus on HCM and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure the ongoing usability, growth, and continuous improvement of our Workday platform. What You Drive at DTNA Respond to and resolve escalated Workday support requests and complex system issues Troubleshoot system challenges to ensure optimal functionality and user experience Configure, test, and implement system enhancements and process improvements Support new integrations between Workday and other business systems Collaborate with senior team members on project-based initiatives and system upgrades Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Workday solutions Improve operational efficiency through system optimization and automation Maintain and strengthen data integrity across Workday processes and transactions Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evolving business needs Deliver a high-quality, user-focused experience through effective system support and solutions Knowledge You Should Bring A Bachelors Degree and 2-4 years of relevant HRIS experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree. Hands-on experience Workday or another HRIS platform, with exposure to HCM business processes, reporting, security, or configuration. Experience supporting Workday HCM and/or Talent Acquisition preferred. Understanding of HR processes and practices. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Experience researching and resolving issues independently using resources such as Workday Community, documentation, and peer networks. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus. Fluency in Spanish, helping us better support a diverse employee population. An attached resume is required. Exceptional Candidates Might Have Experience with Workday business process configuration, including condition rules, notifications, and business process security. Experience administering Workday security, including domains, business process policies, and user-based security assignments. Knowledge of additional Workday functional areas such as Talent, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, or Learning.
