Multidiscipline Finance Senior Associate

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in media operations, finance operations, or media administration roles.
• Proven experience in financial control of both offline and digital media campaigns .
• Demonstrated experience with auditing processes , including gathering support documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Strong background in invoicing and financial reconciliation processes .
• Experience collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders , including agencies, clients, finance teams, and legal departments.
• Key Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail (critical for success in this role).
• Robust analytical and financial thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in process management and compliance frameworks .
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to articulate financial insights and coordinate effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other tracking tools.
• Desirable: Experience with financial and media intelligence tools such as Datorama, MAP, or investment dashboards.
