As a Financial Controlling Junior Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller in understanding business operations, identifying financial implications, and ensuring these are accurately reflected in both financial and statutory reporting. You will help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of legal entity financial statements while acting as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters across the team and region. You will contribute to strategic decision-making through insightful accounting analysis, promote strong compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. In addition, you will provide leadership and coaching to team members while supporting both internal and external audit activities.
