Mentor and guide junior, mid-level, and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. Actively participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Java (preferably Java 17+). Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot. Proven experience in a technical leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Expertise in Hibernate / JPA. Experience with containers such as Docker, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, EKS). Experience with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL (relational). Proven experience building microservices architectures. Solid understanding of AWS Serverless Architecture: Lambda, Step Functions, Cognito, API Gateway, SQS, RDS, VPC. Experience with GenAI tools and practices, including prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
