Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Team: You will join a high performing sales organization delivering Data, Analytics, and Valuation solutions across public and private markets. Our portfolio spans Pricing Data feeds, OTC Derivative Valuations, Risk solutions, and Equities Analytics, supporting clients across Banks, Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Hedge Funds, Corporates, Government Institutions and Professional Services firms. The team partners with senior stakeholders to support workflows across trading, risk management, regulatory reporting, and investment decision making, leveraging differentiated datasets and scalable technology. Responsibilities and Impact: As a Sales Associate Director, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue expansion through consultative and solution‑led sales. You will engage with senior stakeholders across Front, Middle and Back-office teams, positioning integrated solutions that address workflows across Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Financial Risk, ETFs, Securities Financing, and Private Markets. Drive new logo acquisition and revenue expansion, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers, including C-suite executives. Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close. Develop and execute territory and account strategies across public and private market participants. Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the broader S&P Market Intelligence suite of solutions. Collaborate with Product, Pre-sales, Specialists, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver integrated client solutions. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Stay current on market structure, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
