Essential - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
Previous leadership/supervisory experience
Knowledge/experience of recruitment processes
A self-starter, with a driven and motivated attitude
Experienced in working to set targets
Strong negotiator with people influencing skills
Flexible work attitude and willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business
Desired - Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
UK driver's licence, would be an advantage
