Leadership & Team Management
Lead and develop a team of specialists/experts, creating a psychologically safe environment.

Commercial Strategy & Tender Management
Partner in shaping the affiliate's commercial approach.
Architect robust process and financial rigor into tenders to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
Drive sustainable commercial deals through risk evaluation, competitive insight, and innovative business models.
Financial & Operational Rigor
Act as a key guide for P&L and financial target achievement.
Monitor numbers from top-line to bottom-line, providing direction on accounting implications.
Drive ideas for P&L improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Network & Collaboration
Support network-building across the organization and global/regional finance communities to share best practices and co-create solutions.
Leverage digital tools and data analytics to optimize end-to-end processes.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of finance experience, and 2+ years of proven track record as an inspiring people leader.
Financial Expertise: Strong business and financial accounting acumen (GAAP understanding); capable of guiding P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow implications.
Strategic Mindset: Entrepreneurial, customer-centric, and data-driven. Ability to act as a "systems thinker," navigating complex environments and understanding upstream/downstream organizational impacts.
A strong understanding of the healthcare environment (IVD industry focus is highly valued).
Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, agile approach, and curiosity to leverage AI and analytics to enhance processes.
Fluency in English is required.
