Job Description: Own end-to-end requirement lifecycle in DOORS Govern baselines, changes, traceability, and audits Act as the central authority across system, design, validation, quality, and suppliers Key Responsibilities . Requirement Governance Lead requirement elicitation from OEM, system, safety, cybersecurity, manufacturing Decompose requirements: Customer System / Sub-system HW/SW Maintain clear requirement taxonomy (functional, performance, interface, safety) Baseline & Change Control Create and manage formal Customer/System baselines Lead or support Change Control Board (CCB)Perform impact analysis (scope, cost, timing, safety, testing) Ensure full versioning and audit trail in DOORS Traceability & Quality Verification & Validation Alignment Stakeholder & Supplier Alignment Ensure bidirectional traceability: Customer Design Implementation Test Verification Drive requirement reviews, defect closure, and quality checks Monitor requirement stability and volatility metrics Ensure every requirement is verifiable and linked to test methods Align with DVP&R, test cases, and validation evidence Drive cross-functional and OEM alignment workshops Manage interfaces and dependencies across teams Flow down requirements to suppliers and ensure compliance Maintain complete RM evidence (baselines, trace logs, impact reports)Support internal and customer audits with confidence Tools & Expertise Required IBM DOORS / DOORS Next - expert level (mandatory)Strong systems mindset (V-Model)eAxle / electric drive domain understanding MBSE / SysML awareness (added advantage)
