Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience
  • Experience with Healthcare and HCAI construction projects
  • 10+ years of experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
  • 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams
  • Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects successfully from start to finish
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel
  • Demonstrated experience leading field operations and communicating plans effectively across multiple audiences and stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable safety and building regulations (i.e., OSHA)
