Read and follow batch sheets, formulas, and work instructions.
Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials according to product specifications.
Operate mixers, tanks, pumps, and related manufacturing equipment.
Monitor batch processes and make adjustments as directed to ensure product quality.
Collect samples and perform basic quality checks throughout production.
Document production activities, material usage, and batch records accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
Education and Experience
Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Follow directions and work well in a team.
Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machineries.
Solid understanding of the production equipment.
