Customer-centric mindset with a background in teaching, sales, or customer success- a genuine passion for improving education and supporting teachers and students
Ability to translate classroom experience into consultative conversations with educators, understanding instructional needs and connecting them to solutions
Results-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with essential business applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and chat-based AI tools, preferred experience with Salesforce (CRM) but not required
Strong curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new products and processes
Comfort with decision-making, accountability and managing multiple priorities
Flexible thinking to pivot, adjust and strategize

A passion for improving education and supporting teachers and students

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of work experience with a background in sales, customer service, or K-12 education (or a combination) - teaching experience is highly valued and considered directly relevant
Or a combination of education and experience that proves competen cies required for the role. Transferrable skills and /or relevant expe rtise is preferred .
