Help ensure stock levels are consistently maintained.
Use EPOS and other IT systems accurately and appropriately.
Support the daily running of the store and maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Support store, stock, and general security procedures.
Receive deliveries, unpack stock, and store or display products appropriately.
Support in-store promotional activity, events, and campaign execution.
Implement merchandising and product layouts to a high standard in line with brand guidelines.
Complete training to become a community ride leader and support customer ride events.
Carry out other duties, within the scope of your skills and experience, as reasonably required.
Requirements
This role would suit someone with experience in customer service and retail sales, a strong understanding of customer care, and genuine enthusiasm for delivering an excellent in-store experience.
Experience in customer service and sales, ideally within lifestyle retail or a bicycle-related brand.
A strong understanding of customer service and a positive, enthusiastic approach to retail.
Confident communication skills in Japanese.
Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders as part of a team.
The physical capability to lift boxes and bicycles, and to ride a bicycle when required.
