Guide retail staff in performing their daily tasks and ensure the timely and accurate achievement of the company's sales targets. 3. Guide all aspects of in-store product sales, customer service, and pre-/post-sales consultation, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct regular inspections of all store operations to ensure staff fully understand sales policies, business techniques, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities, enabling them to independently manage store operations. 5. Participated in the vocational training programs organized by the company, and took the lead in recruiting, training, evaluating, and retaining sales staff. Conduct periodic performance evaluations of subordinates and implement performance improvement measures; regularly compile and report store data statistics to effectively control operational expenses and optimize cost management. 7.
