As an Managing Associate, you'll be involved in supervising junior colleagues, setting high standards of work and driving efficiency. As you develop commerciality and deeper capability, you will be trusted to run your own client matters as well as assisting on larger, complex ones. You will interact frequently with clients, keeping them (and your colleagues) abreast of work progress and managing their cost expectations. We are looking for a passionate, curious and driven Managing Associate to be a part of our Banking team in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting to the Partners, in this role, you will be drafting and negotiating a wide range of facility documentation across all fields of banking and finance such as leverage buy outs, acquisition financing, syndicated lending and structured trade finance.
