Conduct fitness and probity checks and due diligence of potential and existing Western Union Agents.
Perform end-to-end sanctions and interdictions screening and periodic (portfolio) monitoring.
Coordinate agent life-cycle processes with globally based stakeholders and functional units.
Support colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
Maintain data in Western Union databases of the active Agents' network.
Handle and resolve escalations from business partners and teammates.
Create ad-hoc reports for business partners, senior management and/or other departments.
Participate in cross-functional projects, train team members.
Support supervisor in managerial and administrative matters.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,400 - 2,058 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
